Our programs operate under Souls Winner for Christ Outreach, a registered public 501(c)(3) nonprofit, using the DBA Community Wellness and Outreach Center —we provide a wide range of non‑clinical, person‑centered services. Our team meets people where they are, whether through street outreach, in‑home support, or community‑based wellness programs. We offer essential resources, peer support, resource navigation, and connections to ongoing services that strengthen resilience and promote long‑term stability.
